Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data UK Bank Holidays (ukbankholidays.uk) processes and what rights you have under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who is responsible

The controller is KS Logistics & Marketing (Kevin Schmitz), an online marketing company based in the Netherlands, which operates this site. You can contact us at staff@ukbankholidays.uk.

What we process when you visit

Server logs. When you open a page, our hosting provider Digi.hosting processes technical data such as your IP address, the page requested, date and time, and browser type. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure (legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR). The logs are kept only for a limited period for security and operation.

Fonts and scripts. Our fonts and scripts are served from our own server. We do not load Google Fonts or other third-party fonts.

Cookie consent. Our consent tool stores your cookie choice in a cookie on your device so that we do not ask again on every page. See our cookie policy.

Analytics. We do not currently use an analytics service. If we add one, we will update this policy first and ask for consent where required.

Advertising. We do not currently show adverts. Before we do, we will update this policy and the cookie policy to describe Google AdSense and the consent options.

When you contact us

If you email us, we use your email address and message to reply (legitimate interests). We keep the correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability, within the limits of the UK GDPR. To use these rights, contact us at the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We update this policy when our processing changes. Last updated: 4 November 2026.
